Description
Light detection and ranging (lidar) data has been collected extensively in NB for flood risk management. In addition to elevation data used for flood mapping, lidar provides additional information that can be used for land cover classification. This project aims to develop a method for classifying land cover that is both accurate and repeatable using commonly used software.
